Verification Procedures

1. Request documentation showing completion of the Massage Therapy program from

2. Request documentation be sent in one of the following ways:
   •  Have the documentation sent electronically to admissions@sunyempire.edu OR
   •  Have the documentation mailed directly to
     Admissions Office, Empire State University

     Saratoga Springs, NY 12866

Note: Credit is recommended for the Massage Therapy Program only after an individual has successfully completed the entire program.

This credit is evaluated by the National College Credit Recommendation Service (NCCRS). PLEASE NOTE: Credit recommendations apply only to training received during the period of time, at the locations, and for the length of time listed in the NCCRS Directory.
