Verification Procedures
Students who have completed the training will be issued an official letter from New York State Commission for the Blind along with a transcript for verification. The student will submit an unopened copy of the letter and transcript to the SUNY Empire Admissions Office.
Please note that for students to receive credit, they must successfully complete all sections of the training program.

This evaluation applies to exams completed during a specific time frame. Refer to the "Begin" and/or "End" dates listed above the credit recommendation for details. Please note that credit recommendations and minimum acceptable scores may be different for other time frames.
