Verification Procedures
Certificates do not need to be current to qualify for credit. However, whether the certificate is current may affect how a student will be able to obtain official documentation:
- Students with current certificates can take the following steps to order documentation:
- Log in to the Council for Professional Recognition website.
- Choose the tab called "Order Duplicate CDA Certificate." The cost for a reprint is $15.
- Upon receipt, send the unopened letter containing the certificate to the SUNY Empire Admissions Office.
- Students with expired certificates can call 800-424-4310 to request a duplicate transcript. Upon receipt, send the unopened letter containing the certificate to the SUNY Empire Admissions Office.
Evaluation Info
This evaluation applies to exams completed during a specific time frame. Refer to the "Begin" and/or "End" dates listed above the credit recommendation for details. Please note that credit recommendations and minimum acceptable scores may be different for other time frames.
