SUNY Empire and our partners like the American Council on Education (ACE) and the National College Credit Recommendation Service (NCCRS) have evaluated exams, licenses, credentials, training, and apprenticeships for college credit. To be eligible for this credit, individuals must:

  1. Apply and enroll as a degree-seeking undergraduate student.
  2. Complete the learning within the date range listed.
  3. Provide official documentation.

To search, select one of the “Tags” or enter a keyword for the affiliated organization or equivalency in the “Keywords” field and click "Apply." Selecting the “Title” will provide information on the number of credits, course titles, date ranges, and documentation requirements.

This site primarily includes evaluations that have been used by students in the past. Less-used evaluations, or more recent versions of existing evaluations, may be available even if they are not listed. Please contact the Office of Prior Learning at OPL@sunyempire.edu if you cannot find what you are looking for.”
